You will gain hands-on experience managing customer enquiries from initial onboarding through to ongoing support, while developing your communication, organisation and problem-solving skills as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities for an Apprentice
- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring customers receive timely updates
- Act as a central point of contact for customers while enquiries are being resolved
- Support customers throughout their journey, from initial sign-up and onboarding through to ongoing support
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Update CRM systems and monitor customer enquiries
- Assist with management reports and general administration
- Work closely with sales and technical support teams
- Make follow-up calls to customers to gather feedback
- Develop an understanding of different areas of the business to provide effective customer support
- Provide additional support to colleagues during busy periods and holiday cover
- Occasionally support customer-facing events and promotional activities
- Develop confidence in handling a variety of customer situations professionally
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
- Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
- A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
- Development of skills, knowledge and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
- Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
- Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to potentially progress into a permanent role and continue developing your career within customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and professional law firm as a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant Apprentice.
You will become the first point of contact for clients while supporting solicitors and the wider team with a variety of administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career within a legal office environment whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

- Archive files in accordance with office procedures
- Order office supplies and maintain stationery stock
- Deliver excellent customer service while handling confidential information appropriately
Apprenticeship Information
