Employer Incentives
We offer a free apprenticeship recruitment service to help you find the right candidate for your apprenticeship vacancies and can help with initial screening and shortlisting. We also provide information on any government funding that is available and the apprenticeship levy. You will be given a dedicated account manager who will support you throughout the training.
Employer Incentives for hiring an Apprentice
The government provide incentive payments to firms who recruit an Apprentice for their business.
Additional Employer Grants
Currently, employers will receive an additional £1,000 if they hire an apprentice aged 16-18. The first £500 is paid once the apprentice has been on programme for 3 months and the remaining £500 will be paid after 1 year on programme.
