“I nominated Olivia to recognise her consistent approach throughout the course of her Early Years Educator Level 3 apprenticeship. She engages well in teaching & learning sessions, taking on board new learning which is reflected in her assessments. Liv has a positive and enthusiastic outlook that shines through in our meetings and her interactions with children. She has planned some wonderful activities for the children that demonstrate the skills she has developed throughout her apprenticeship. Liv has worked hard to get to end point assessment and it has been a pleasure to be her skills coach! “
