I nominated Emma Carter, our Multi-Channel Marketing apprentice, because she has shown exceptional growth, consistency and professionalism. Emma is now operating at a level that reflects not just competence, but genuine readiness for Gateway and progression into a fully-fledged marketing role.

Emma approaches her work with a calm, organised and proactive mindset. She manages tasks independently, meets deadlines without prompting, and consistently produces work that is accurate, thoughtful and aligned with business objectives.
