🎉 Congratulations to our Apprentice of the Month for May – Shannon Hayes-Van Leer! 🎉

We are delighted to recognise Shannon Hayes-Van Leer, Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprentice at The Mohair Centre, for her outstanding progress, commitment and achievements.

Her Skills Coach, Lauren McKinnon, shared:

I am so proud of Shannon receiving this award, especially so early into her Level 5 apprenticeship.

 

Shannon has made excellent progress since beginning the course. She shows enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism in both her role within the setting and when completing her assignment work.

 

She engages fully in her learning, is responsive to feedback, and applies this well to her practice. Shannon is already working ahead of her expected targets, which demonstrates her motivation and determination.

 

She has been working hard to develop her skills as a Room Leader through learning about effective communication and by shadowing other team members within the role.

 

Shannon shows real passion for her role as the Two-Year-Old Lead and hopes to continue developing in this role. She is driven to take on further responsibilities in the future.
