At Next Step Apprenticeships, we are all about success stories and we love to share the amazing work that our apprentices do.

Each month, we recognise one of our apprentices for all the hard work and dedication that goes into their work and their course.

We have received some remarkable nominations from our Skills Coaches, highlighting the incredible impact our learners have had on their organisations.

So, without further ado – we are delighted to announce Next Step’s June ’21 Apprentice of the Month winner is…

 

Mary from Lextons!🍾

 

Business Administrator Apprentice, Mary, is the first ever apprentice to win the award after introducing it just this month!

Nominated by Dawn Hale, Mary’s Skills Coach, we have some fantastic feedback from how she’s been getting on. We also have some feedback from Mary’s Line Manager.
