At Next Step Apprenticeships, we are all about success stories and we love to share the amazing work that our apprentices do.

Each month, we recognise one of our apprentices for all the hard work and dedication that goes into their work and their course.

Again, we have received some remarkable nominations from our Skills Coaches, highlighting the incredible impact our learners have had on their organisations.

So, without further ado – we are delighted to announce Next Step’s July ’21 Apprentice of the Month winner is…

Andreas from Skillsearch!🍾

Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, Andy, is our second ever apprentice to win the award after introducing it last month. Nominated by Jon Ray (Andy’s Skills Coach), we have some fantastic feedback from how he’s been getting on.

Jon –
“Over the last few months, Andy’s progress has really increased. He produces excellent quality evidence, is very diligent in meeting his plans, and has also helped his fellow learners. He follows advice, exactly and is always responsive to feedback. He is self- motivated, shows initiative, and takes responsibility for his own development.”
