Recognising the Achievements of Our Apprentices at Next Step Apprenticeships

At Next Step Apprenticeships, we take great pride in celebrating our apprentices’ accomplishments. Through feedback and performance evaluations, we carefully select our “Apprentice of the Month” to acknowledge their hard work and dedication. Our monthly recognition program is a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence. 

Meet Fleur, our February apprentice of the month! Fleur’s skills coach had some fantastic feedback:

“I nominated Fleur as Apprentice of the Month because of her extra effort to get quality work completed in a timely manner.
Fleur has been very pro-active in completing knowledge evidence, and preparing for competency assessments to demonstrate her working practice.

Fleur is 98% completed with an end date of 30/09/24 and is keen to achieve this academic year, which I imagine she will manage. With light is at the end of the tunnel Fleur has been motivated to get the last requirements of the practical training completed. She has been prepared for our appointments and actively engaged to learn.
