We have received amazing feedback from Debbie, Mike’s skills coach:

‘Mike has worked so hard within his apprenticeship and is currently working towards Gateway by May, when he will have been on programme for 12 months. He has received recognition within his role and has recently been promoted to Lead Agent, of which he is coaching other staff members who have recently joined the company, and Mike has demonstrated success and met his targets within his new role.

Mike is naturally driven, focused and hard-working, and he continues to meet and exceed all the requirements within his apprenticeship, alongside juggling his own family and personal commitments. He thoroughly deserves this award, and I am extremely proud of his successes so far – well done, Mike!’
