A huge congratulations to Chloe Croft, our Apprentice of the Month for October!

Chloe has been recognised for her exceptional dedication, positive work ethic and outstanding progress throughout her Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship.

Having successfully completed her Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification in November 2024, Chloe progressed onto Level 3 in February 2025 and is already on track to complete ahead of schedule! 🌟

Her Skills Coach, Kay Pauley, Early Years Skills Coach, shared:

Chloe has demonstrated exceptional dedication, maintaining outstanding and steady progress throughout her apprenticeship. She remains deeply committed to providing the highest standard of work and showcasing her passion for learning the vital knowledge and skills needed to become the best possible Early Years Educator for the children.

Chloe has a positive work ethic and genuinely enjoys her role, leading her to implement interesting and valuable activities and play opportunities for children’s learning and development.

It has been a pleasure to guide Chloe through her qualifications as the Early Years Educator Level 3 comes to a close.
