🎉 Congratulations to our Apprentice of the Month – Lily Gordon! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce Lily Gordon as our Apprentice of the Month at Next Step Apprenticeships, in partnership with Three Greys Riding School. 🐎

Lily has been recognised for her exceptional commitment and rapid development throughout her Equine Apprenticeship. She has consistently demonstrated maturity, reliability, and a strong work ethic, alongside a genuine dedication to her apprenticeship studies.

Her Skills Coach, Jane, shared the following feedback:

I am delighted for Lily to be awarded Apprentice of the Month in recognition of her exceptional commitment and rapid development throughout her apprenticeship. Since progressing through the equine apprenticeship, Lily has consistently demonstrated maturity and reliability, alongside a strong work ethic and real dedication to her learning.

 

She is quick to pick up new skills, actively seeks feedback, and applies it immediately. Lily’s growth over the past month has been particularly impressive, and for these reasons I am wholeheartedly delighted to see her recognised as Apprentice of the Month. She is a true credit to the apprenticeship programme and to Three Greys Riding School.
