Meet Sylwia our July Apprentice for Month! Sylwia’s Skills Coach Louise had some fantastic feedback

“I nominated Sylwia for her consistently detailed, timely, and thorough work. Her progress remains strong, with a clear plan to reach EPA once eligible. She passed her Level 2 English exams early—an impressive feat, especially as a second-language speaker. Sylwia works full time across two merging school sites, playing a key role in HR during this transition. She’s taken on extra duties, including covering a receptionist vacancy, and regularly supports her colleagues. Despite personal challenges, she’s always smiling, committed to learning, and producing excellent work.”
