We are delighted to recognise Aarron Singleton, Level 3 Team Leading Apprentice at Linx Printing Technologies, for his outstanding commitment, progress, and achievements throughout his apprenticeship journey. 🌟

Aarron has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, engaging fully in his fortnightly remote sessions and maintaining excellent momentum throughout. Despite completing his apprenticeship entirely remotely, he has approached every meeting with enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine drive to develop his leadership capabilities.

 

Over recent months, Aarron has made remarkable progress — advancing from 50% to an impressive 96% completion. His work is consistently detailed, well-researched, and clearly contextualised to his role, demonstrating not only strong understanding but confident application of leadership theory into real workplace practice.

 

He has provided a wide range of impactful leadership examples and has actively contributed to business improvement initiatives, including involvement in a Kaizen continuous improvement project focused on project management. This project delivered measurable results and showcased Aarron’s ability to translate learning into meaningful business impact.

 

We are especially proud to celebrate Aarron’s recent promotion to Team Leader — a well-deserved achievement that reflects his hard work, growth, and the real-world leadership skills he has developed throughout his apprenticeship.

 

Aarron worked incredibly hard to meet his gateway deadline, and this recognition as Apprentice of the Month is thoroughly deserved. We are confident he will continue to excel as he progresses through his End Point Assessment.
