🎉 Congratulations to our Apprentice of the Month – Isabelle Roe! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce Isabelle Roe as our Apprentice of the Month at Next Step Apprenticeships, in partnership with Toddlers Inn 🌟

Isabelle began her Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship in August 2024 and has made strong and consistent progress throughout her journey. More than this, Isabelle has shown outstanding enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to her learning, always striving to be the best practitioner she can be.

Her Skills Coach, Kay Pauley, shared the following feedback:

“I am delighted for Isabelle to be awarded Apprentice of the Month in recognition of her enthusiasm, commitment, and developing confidence throughout her apprenticeship. Isabelle has shown a real interest in her course and a strong determination to continually improve her practice.

She has made excellent progress in how she presents her knowledge, moving from paper-based work to producing engaging PowerPoint presentations using an iPad. This has supported the development of her digital skills and opened up creative opportunities to present her work in an inviting and accessible way.

Isabelle’s interest in planning activities for children has also developed well, with careful consideration given to ages, stages, and individual needs. This has been recognised and praised by her colleagues at Toddlers Inn. Isabelle hopes to progress to the Early Years Educator Level 3 and will be a very competent candidate for further learning.”

Isabelle’s dedication, willingness to learn, and growing confidence make her a real asset to her setting and a credit to the apprenticeship programme.
