Our client is currently seeking two individuals to join their team: a Nursery Practitioner eager to embark on an apprenticeship journey for professional growth, or an already qualified individual ready to contribute their expertise to our practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality environment for every child.

They have a large garden with a free flow environment and treat the outdoor environment the same as indoors.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with parents and colleagues daily
• Delivering EYFS learning opportunities to children
• Planning for group and individual learning
• Completing observations and assessments
• Making accurate written records
• Meeting the variety of needs of the children like changing nappies, supporting at meal and snack times, assisting with children’s basic needs of dressing/undressing, and putting on coats and shoes
• Being approachable
• Creating positive relationships with the children

Job Title: Childcare Practitioner

Salary: £6.40 per hour – £11.44 per hour ( depending on experience they can be flexible)
