Salary: £8.00 – £12.71 per hour dependent on age

Hours: Full-time, including occasional flexibility for events and campaigns

Requirements

• Creative and enthusiastic approach
• Interest in marketing, health, fitness or wellbeing
• Confident using social media platforms
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Desirable: Familiarity with Canva, photography or video editing

Responsibilities for an Apprentice

• Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
• Promote clinic services, classes and campaigns
• Assist with email marketing and newsletters
• Support website updates and online promotions
• Help create posters, leaflets and digital graphics
• Assist with photography and video content creation
• Support promotional events and community outreach activities
• Monitor marketing performance and engagement
• Research competitors and industry trends
• Support general day-to-day marketing administration

Apprenticeship Information

You will be enrolled on the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:

• Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
• A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
• Development of skills, knowledge and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
• Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
• Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2

Prospects

Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to potentially progress into a permanent marketing role within the business.
