Job Title: Marketing Assistant Apprentice
Apprenticeship: Multi-Channel Marketing Level 3
Location: Horsham
Salary: £7.55 per hour (depending on experience)
Part time: 30 hours per week, 4 days a week

Desired Requirements

• Passion for marketing and content creation
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta for Facebook & Instagram)
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Design Suite, or similar graphic design tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Interest in interior design is a plus

Responsibilities for an Apprentice

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms
• Design and create engaging visuals and graphics for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
• Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including writing compelling copy and designing templates
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Research marketing trends and competitor activity to inform strategies
• Maintain and organize marketing files, assets, and resources
• Assist in event planning and other ad hoc marketing activities
