Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Apprentice

Customer Service Level 3
Location:
Horsham, West Sussex (Due to the location you will need access to a vehicle)
Salary:
£16,000 – £18,000 per annum
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (1hr lunch break)

  • Grade 4 ( C ) or above in English & Math

 

Responsibilities for an apprentice

  • Act as first point of contact for new and existing customers
  • Log service calls and coordinate engineers, parts, and updates
  • Arrange delivery and networking of new equipment
  • Liaise with management, suppliers, and customers at all levels
  • Monitor and replenish on-site consumables
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Support the smooth running of the office through back-office administration

 

Apprenticeship Information

You will be enrolled on the Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:

  • Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
  • A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
  • Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
  • Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
  • Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2

 

Prospects  

Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to potentially go into a permanent based role.
