We are excited to be delivering Skills Boot Camp courses in Leadership and Management and Early Years.

Boot Camp Eligibility

You must be 19+ and either live or work in Brighton & Hove. Open to both employed and unemployed individuals.

Leadership & Management Boot Camps

(12 weeks, 10:00am – 1:30pm)

16 Sept 2025 – 2 Dec 2025
18 Sept 2025 – 4 Dec 2026
13 Jan 2026 – 31 Mar 2026
15 Jan 2026 – 26 Mar 2026

Includes accredited units on Dealing with Conflict and Introduction to Coaching. Beneficial for those moving into team leadership/management or developing in existing roles.

Early Years Boot Camps

(10 weeks, 10:00am – 1:30pm, with two sessions 10:00am – 4:00pm for Paediatric First Aid)

26th November – 11th February 2026 Every Wednesday 10am – 1.30pm
14th & 21st January 10am – 4pm (for Paediatric First Aid sessions)

Course 2
27th November – 12th February 2026 Every Thursday 10am – 1.30pm
18th December & 22nd January 10am – 4pm (for Paediatric First Aid sessions)

13th January – 17th March 2026
Every Tuesday 10am – 1.30pm
17th & 24th February 10am – 4pm (for Paediatric First Aid sessions)

Every Wednesday 10am – 1.30pm
