Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Apprentice
Apprenticeship: Customer Service Level 3
Location: Horsham, West Sussex (Due to the location you will need access to a vehicle)
Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (1hr lunch break)
Our client specialises in delivering technology solutions and support to a variety of clients, providing equipment, maintenance, and IT services. The business operates from a small office environment and places a strong emphasis on high-quality customer service, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving.

Desired Qualifications
- Grade 4 ( C ) or above in English & Math
Responsibilities for an apprentice
- Act as first point of contact for new and existing customers
- Log service calls and coordinate engineers, parts, and updates
- Arrange delivery and networking of new equipment
- Liaise with management, suppliers, and customers at all levels
- Monitor and replenish on-site consumables
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Support the smooth running of the office through back-office administration
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
- Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
- A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
- Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
- Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
- Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to potentially go into a permanent based role.
