Responsibilities
Admin responsibilities
- Answering emails, calls, and messages
- Using the stock managements systems
- Pre-screening patients for eye tests
- General administration
- Updating relevant spreadsheets
- Filing relevant paperwork
- Ensuring the practise is welcoming and inviting for customers.
- Relevant operational and administrative tasks associated with the running of the store.
Customer service responsibilities
- Ability to create great relationships with customer by listening and understanding their needs.
- Help customer find the perfect products tailored to their needs and lifestyle.
- Order dispensing glasses and contact lenses.
- Providing aftersales support through repairs and adjustments
- Work together as part of a team.
- Support other colleagues within the store to develop knowledge.
- Stay updated on the latest product lines and promotions within the practice, so you can always offer customers the most relevant and current information.
- Supporting the Store Manager – to deliver the highest retailing standards.

Hours
5 Days across (Monday – Saturday) 9am – 5.30pm 37.5 hours per week.
