Responsibilities 

Admin responsibilities 

  •  Answering emails, calls, and messages
  • Using the stock managements systems
  • Pre-screening patients for eye tests
  • General administration
  • Updating relevant spreadsheets
  • Filing relevant paperwork
  • Ensuring the practise is welcoming and inviting for customers.
  • Relevant operational and administrative tasks associated with the running of the store.

 Customer service responsibilities

  • Ability to create great relationships with customer by listening and understanding their needs.
  • Help customer find the perfect products tailored to their needs and lifestyle.
  • Order dispensing glasses and contact lenses.
  • Providing aftersales support through repairs and adjustments
  • Work together as part of a team.
  • Support other colleagues within the store to develop knowledge.
  • Stay updated on the latest product lines and promotions within the practice, so you can always offer customers the most relevant and current information.
  • Supporting the Store Manager – to deliver the highest retailing standards.

Hours

5 Days across (Monday – Saturday) 9am – 5.30pm 37.5 hours per week.
