Responsibilities for an Apprentice
As an apprentice this is a diverse and dynamic role where no two days are the same, you will work closely with senior staff and gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions, including:
- Client Services: Handling customer queries, generating and sending quotes, and providing excellent customer support.
- Administration & Stock Control: Managing stock, preparing purchase orders, and completing general office tasks.
- Communication & Coordination: Answering phone calls and emails, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Hands-On Support: Occasionally assisting with larger orders, requiring a team-oriented, ‘all hands-on deck’ approach.

- Proficient in Excel and Word Microsoft office

Qualifications
- Minimum GCSEs (grade A-C) in English and Mathematics, or equivalent.
Prospects
- Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be opportunities to progress into a permanent role within the business.
- You will have a dedicated in-house trainer who has worked with the company previously, providing structured training sessions.
- Apprenticeship work will be supported with allocated time each week for off-the-job learning.
