Our client, a dynamic business IT service provider, is looking for a Marketing Administrator apprentice to join their team!

As a Marketing Administrator apprentice will be responsible for coordinating the marketing activities in line with the agreed marketing strategies to maintain and promote the company’s brand. This will be include managing social media platforms, creating collateral creation, website management, lead gen campaigns, advertising, and reporting.

You will be supporting the sales team by aiding their daily tasks with efficiency. Collaborating with the marketing & sales departments to drive the company growth and success.

Responsibilities as a Digital marketing apprentice

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Coordinate and deliver all social media activity as per the plan, assist with the development of the plan and manage the budgets.
  • Manage the website and look to improve, increase activity.
  • Coordinate, design the development of marketing materials, including sales collateral, data sheets, white papers etc. – taking time to learn about Enables IT and its services.
  • Work with Sales and projects for creation of case studies and testimonials, looking to increase customer satisfaction and feedback rate!
  • Coordinate outbound marketing (including ensure prospect requirements met) this includes lead generation campaigns.
  • Assist in analysis of marketing campaigns and customer feedback responses.
  • Get involved in market research to understand best methodologies for campaigns.
  • Maintain company document standardisation and corporate photo library.
  • Assist to build and manage vendor relationships!
  • Act as a CRM champion to ensure reporting needs are met, both for Sales and marketing
  • Provide other administrative assistance as required Part of the telephone reception rota.
  • Ensure all information is handled within company, ISO and legislative guidelines.

 

Skills / Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, written and relationship building.
  • Ability to write and read good copy.
  • Positive, flexible, proactive, and self-motivated approach to working with others.
  • Demonstrate strong creative flare.
  • A confident and determined approach.
  • The ability to prioritise and plan your own workload.
  • A polite, confident, and friendly telephone manner
  • Confidence using computers, specifically office applications and CRM.
  • Social media etiquette awareness

  • Experience of a working environment
  • Customer Service experience
  • Competent understanding of IT

 

Qualifications

  • Minium: GCSE (grade A- C) including English and Mathematics, or equivalent
  • Ideal: Relevant Degree or equivalent

 

Prospects

The opportunity to potentially go into a permanent based position once completed the apprenticeship.

 

Job Title: Marketing Administrator  

Apprenticeship: Business Admin Level 3

Contract: 18 months

Location: Cranleigh

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum  

Full Time: Monday – Friday, (37.5hrs per week)
