We are a well-established consultancy offering a forwarding thinking approach to recruitment.  We have grown steadily over the past decade, hitting record figures during our last financial year. Due to our team’s dedication and proficient management strategies, we are already exceeding our targets and goals for this year. Due to this success, we are now actively hiring!

This is a new and exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join our team with offices based near Brighton station and the Laines. The role will be a combination of remote and office based.  Full training and guidance will be provided by our dedicated Consultants, together with the apprenticeship training course. No experience within the recruitment industry is required, however, an eagerness to learn, alongside a positive and tenacious attitude is imperative.


  • Searching external job boards and internal databases for suitable candidates as specified by our clients
  • Being the point of contact for candidates and clients
  • Organising interviews by telephone and email
  • Briefing candidates over the telephone
  • Monitoring the Director’s emails and organising his diary, updating him with all interview activity, feedback, and any other issues
  • Inputting data onto the company’s CRM to track candidate submission and progression.
  • Ensuring all information is updated on spreadsheets and whiteboards.
  • Writing job specifications and posting to external job sites
  • Conducting LinkedIn campaigns
  • Additional administrative duties
  • Project work as and when required.
