Our client is a large established family run country pub based in the heart of the Ashdown Forest and they are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated & team driven individual to join their acclaimed team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and have an understanding of exemplary customer service in the first instance.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests
- Table service of food and drink, including offering advice on orders
- Serve alcoholic and soft drinks
- Give customers a positive impression of yourself and the pub
- Working effectively as part of a hospitality team
- Maintenance of a safe, hygienic and secure working environment
- Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
- Carry out instructions as given by management
