Here at Next Step Apprenticeships, we take the time to celebrate our apprentices achievements and progress. Each month we ask our skills coach to nominated an apprentice, we then randomly select a winner! 

This month we receive some amazing nominations. All the apprentices nominated have demonstrated hard work and resilience.

Sonja has made amazing progress over the past 18 months and has consistently demonstrated her tenacity and commitment to the apprenticeship.

Her drive to succeed, quality of work and demonstrated abilities has been recognised by her management team and enabled her to be promoted to a new role, which has given her the opportunity to develop, both personally and professionally.

Sonja has now gone through Gateway and awaiting her assessments, and I have no hesitation that she will succeed in all that she does.
