“He has produced some exceptional work for his portfolio during his time in the workplace at BZS Trading, and a keen eye for detail in setting up online trading systems and keeping the social media platforms up to date.

From starting at BZS Trading, Dylan was very quiet and shy he has really come out of his shell and engages with external clients and businesses very well.

The knowledge he has gained through his Apprenticeship and personal self-study and given him the opportunity to now managed the company brand and social media presence online, with his manager leaving him in charge of many areas of this, he shows professionalism with all the marketing projects and has created excellent bonds and relationships with his customers and fellow businesses.
