Rebecca’s skills coach Mike had some fantastic feedback:

“I have supported Becca for the past 16 months on her Team Leading & Supervisor Apprenticeship. During this time Becca has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the course, setting herself objectives which continue to stretch her development. The standard of her work exceeds many of the course criteria, producing work which is interesting, comprehensive and full considered. Not only has Becca developed beautifully within the apprenticeship, but she has also taken on additional responsibilities and duties as a manager, playing an integral part in the smooth operations of her department. Becca embeds her apprenticeship learning into her daily management duties, and it is a delight to watch this development.”
